Extreme temperatures take a toll on rear view mirrors. After a bitter cold winter or hot summer they can fall off. Our Rear View Mirror Adhesive is a two-part system formulated to be strong and quick—enabling you to have your rear view mirror reattached in minutes. Quickly adheres glass to metal, glass to glass and metal to metal.
Use in a well-ventilated area.
1. Mark location on outside of windshield with removable marker or grease pen.
2. Surfaces must be clean and dry. Scrape bonding area on inside windshield and metal bracket with a safety blade to remove old adhesive residue and wipe with alcohol.
3. Make sure bracket is positioned correctly. Refer to product packaging for proper opening instructions.
4. Apply Activator to both surfaces. Allow 1 minute to dry.
5.Apply 2 drops of adhesive to metal surface to be bonded.
6.Mate parts together using sufficient pressure to spread adhesive. Hold parts together firmly for 1
minute.
Allow 1 hour before handling. Full strength develops in 24 hours.
For optimum results, wait overnight before attaching mirror to bracket. Suggested application temperature: 50-70°F (10-24°C)
