Ah, Summer!!  What a wonderful time to travel and reconnect with family and friends!  Heading off on the open road in a recreational vehicle or motorhome is so much fun!  What a sense of independence and adventure … exploring our world … there’s no better feeling in the world!

Until, of course, there’s a breakdown or a problem … now that is no fun!

Boy, do we ever have a great tip for you!

This bit of “motorhome”  travel advice came in from our customer E. Fierst:

“I purchased a new motorhome last summer in Florida.  It does rain a bit at times in Florida.  I soon discovered that one of my taillights was accumulating some moisture.  I told the RV tech that was going through my list of repairs that seems to come standard with the purchase of a new RV about it.  He sealed the taillight assembly with Pro Seal RTV Silicone Adhesive and Sealant.  I questioned him about using a silicone sealer for this application.  He assurred me that this product would work and that it would last.  He told me about the durability and versatality of this sealer and told me that he uses it on almost everything that needs to be sealed in RVs and it has never failed him.  Then he gave me a tube of your product to try for myself.  I’ve used it to reapply automotive trim, seal an outdoor lighting fixture, reapply the backing on my wife’s mirror, repair a cracked fitting to our vacuum cleaner and on and on.   I’m convinced.  This is now one of my essentials in my DIY supplies.”

clear-silicone-sealantThis is such great advice.  Thanks, E. Fierst, for sharing your story with us and helping us spread the word about the wonderful features and benefits of our Pro Seal Clear RTV Silicone Adhesive & Sealant!  The uses are endless!!  It provides a waterproof seal and remains flexible!  A terrific product!

We agree, do not leave home without it!!

To Happy Trails and Travels!!  Cheers!! 🙂
